Move In Certified homes have been pre-inspected by Associated Home Inspectors and the Sellers confirm there are no major systems that require immediate repair or replacement and no safety hazards. 

To obtain the Move In Certified designation all items listed on the inspection report needing repair or
replacement must be completed and re-inspected by Associated Home Inspectors to verify the
completion of the repairs.

A guarantee or warranty is neither expressed or implied by Associated Home Inspectors for the Move In Certified
designation.  Move In Certified designates homes have been pre-inspected by Associated Home Inspectors
and the items listed on the inspection report at the time of the inspection have been repaired or replaced.
